Snip Snap
A new stop motion short film for children
Coming Soon

When a little girl’s pair of scissors turn into an enormous crocodile, a world filled with imagination and adventure unfolds.

With her trusty teddy by her side, the girl, the crocodile, and a reluctant teddy embark on a playful journey around the world – that is, until Mum interrupts them and makes a discovery that could put an end to the young girl’s escapades with her friends. But a big imagination isn’t all this young girl’s got, she also knows just how to wrap Mum around her very littlest of fingers…

Inspired by Visible Fictions’ project ‘Now I Am…’ - a series of short filmed monologues and poems that celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary, this short animation is based upon Frances Poet’s “Now I Am… Three” and explores the inner world of a three year old, celebrating playfulness, big emotions and what happens when a paper-cutting croc becomes your friend.

Coming to festivals soon! If you’re interested in programming the animation, get in touch with our Producer Laura Penny on laura@visiblefictions.co.uk

Snip Snap is a Co-Production between Clubhouse Animations and Visible Fictions.
