We have been expanding our grove in the Trees for Life forest at the Dundreggan Estate since it was gifted to us by one of our wonderful long-serving Board members, Frank Brown, back in 2021.
Since then, we have been planting trees to offset our carbon emissions and, although offsetting is not the answer to reaching net zero, it does help us to mitigate our emissions year on year while we continue to develop methods to deliver our work in a more sustainable way. It’s a transitional approach that has introduced us to this wonderful charity, and we hope to do more than just plant trees with them in the future.
Our grove sits within the wider work of Trees for Life at Dundreggan Estate — part of a much bigger story of restoration. So, we would like to introduce you to Trees for Life…
Here’s how Trees for Life describe the importance of this work.
