Accessibility

Our stories are your stories. We try our best to make sure as many people as possible can access our work. We do this by:

Providing free or subsidised transport for schools and groups which serve communities living in areas of multiple deprivation.

Keeping our ticket prices as low as possible.

Producing access guides for all our live performances.

Ensuring our live work offers BSL, relaxed and audio described performances.

Offering a range of ways to watch and take part in our work via online content and downloadable resources.

Ensuring the venues we tour to are accessible.

Making sure our staff are trained in Anti Racism, Gender Equality and Neurodiversity.

Accessibility Guides

The guides ensure that everyone can enjoy our shows with confidence and comfort. They are designed for those who find a little extra information helpful. If you prefer to experience everything fresh, this may not be for you!

Each guide provides key details such as:
  • Venue details and crew members
  • Who appears in the performance and what they’ll be wearing
  • A description of the stage and props
  • The length of the performance
  • Important content considerations
  • A breakdown of the story and performance elements, including when specific lighting and sound effects occur
